-- >> Profanity must be controlled and minimized. We do not support racial slurs of any kind nor will we stand for any ridicule / offense towards others.

-- >> Orders must always be followed and leaders respected. If ever during an event, anyone was caught stepping out of line, they will be dismissed from the group immediately and possibly from the legion, depending on the severity of the action. We’re all adults here, there will be no need for confrontations of any sort. If you screw up, you’re out.

1. Respect
Every ES member shall show respect when typing in all region/lfg/trade and forum channels. Please do not forget that you are carrying our tag with you everywhere. No flaming, arguing or disrespectful comments. Nothing good comes from being a thug behind a keyboard.

2. Teamwork
All members need to remember ES is a team. This is not a first person shooter. Your TEAM is your biggest asset. Treat each other with respect and send all disputes or issues to the attention of one of the Officers.

3. Consumables
While our guys love spoiling the legion mates. It is your responsibility to perform your best to be on our team. Buff food, stigmas, run scrolls, potions and etc are part of the game. Use them. If you need the material list for any consumable ask in legion or look it up on Aion Armory. Several of the members have Expert crafting and can make the items for you once you provide the mats.

4. Conduct on Team Speak
It would be helpful if people were a bit more respectful on TS about talking over each over. Another helpful thing would be to get our "tech" guys to see if echos or other malfunctions can be remedied.

5. Alts
Please refrain from complaining about being poor, not having gear or not being level 50. One.. complaining isn't going to help anything. Two, if you have time to make alts, that time could have been spent leveling, questing, or instancing on your main to further its progress in the game. So complaining about your choice is not fair to the rest of the legion.

6. Groups / Raid
Clearing mobs before all party members are present is prohibited. Please be courteous and ask the group to stay at the designated meet up location until everyone arrives. (This rule may be disregarded if the member(s) show up 15 minutes later than the time assigned)

7. Immaturity / Attention Seekers
65% of the legion members are above the age of 25. If you are here for attention, we guarantee you, we will see right through you. 3 strikes and you're done.

8. Smile
Aion is a game. Remember to have fun. Try not to let a bad day at work or such ruin the fun for you or for anyone else.
